I've learned a lot by rule of thirds. I see it a lotn in movies but I never really adapted it well to my own videos. It makes everythign look so nice. I also learned about differnet angles. I stayed in my comfort zone a lot of the time brcause I didn't want to ruin my camera.

I loved this class so much I love everyone and this was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Earlier in the year, I learned the importance of actually holding up the camera, earning how to shoot and in general, just be comfortable around the camera. You can see that in my first film that I did not do this because I was very shy and I didn't kow much about the program because my video was not the correct size. On my second project, I learned how to move clips around and I played with the program more. It's still a bit choppy but I think it's nice for a first real project. Later in the year, I showed that5 I had really learned the concept well since I showed it in other projects. One good example from my video with Dillon and Jake was that we learned new angles and we learned how to transition better and tyhe scene with Jake's legs hehe :-)

The 6 best comments:
-The most important sound effect was the beep after when Dillon spat the apple out. It was very funny. John and Joselyn
- Over all we think you did a good job you made a value hilarious and random. Michaela C, Ashley T
- We especially like the extreme close-up of Dillon's eyes. Brad and Chris
- We especially like the extreme closeup shot of Dillon because it helped emphasize the idea that the apple was bad. Michaela and Cole
- the rapid zooming in and out on the chocolate milk Kelsey
- the close up on the kids knees when he came out of the bathroom Kelsey
-the rapid zooming in and out of the kids face at the end of the film Kelsey
Suggestions:
-One edit you could change wene jake is comeing out of the bathroom an he said something i could not hear him. we felt that point was right there it was good. Jake and Alex
- There wasn't any music but we suggest maybe a strolling type of music in the beginning until the guy gives the apple to Dillon. John and Joselyn
-. If you could re-film your shots some things that you could do would be to speak louder when filming and make the opening shot less shakey Kelsey
- The credits were not done. Sabrena, Ashley P, Eddie E

The positive comments that were most meaningful to us were from Kelsey, John, and Joselyn. (two different posts, not a pair saying one thing).Kelsey told us that she liked a lot of our angles and our zoomingand that was helpful becausewe weren't quite sure if anyone would like them or if it would even be effective at all. In addition, John and Joselyn told us that our beep sound effect was cool, and that helped us see that kids our age like potty mouths.
The two best suggestions we got were from Jake and alex,  and John and Joselyn.

Jake and Alex suggested that we turn up the sound because they couldn't hear the funny parts. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to turn it up!John and Joselyn suggested that we add music to our walking part and just to add music in general. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to possibly add some tunes that fit with our video.

Our story was weirdly close to the title. The story was abput a clownfish. At first, he is alone but that changes. He finds a significant other and then soon enough he finds himself with hundreeds of eggs. They're reeally happy and he went out his own once and finds a terrible thing once he gets home. He finds a big scary fish that has eaten his lover and the family.

I was happy when I figured out how to do the moving images when the music starts getting faster. That was my favorite part.

I was trying to show how fast the fish was moving.

The images helped the story because I got images of some fish and the eggs and all.

It was abstract because I didn't show exact;y what happened.

A good 40% of my film was abstract. I jsut used colors and photos to show uit.

I remeber how to use colors and shapes to do the moods and also the music should go along wit the photos.

The images shouldn't be so awkwardly placed for example, a mean image with very calm music.

My partner made everything fun and he helped me out with the photos.

I made all the photos fit anf sezed them and posted them and all that jazz you know Dr A

The effect I used and I really liked was the warpish one. I liked it best because it went well with the "eyes of flame" part of the reading. I liked working with Cole, it was fun.
